Shipping charges
We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹199 on all orders, shipped from our Faridabad facility.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please note delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our control.

Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, contact us at s.sharma18000@gmail.com.

Damaged or lost in transit
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at s.sharma18000@gmail.com with your order number, so we can resolve it with the courier.
